1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the products and services provided by Solst Labs Ltd (“Solst Labs”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17019302). By accessing or using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our products

Solst Labs develops and operates software products including but not limited to:

• Halves — a couples habit tracking mobile application.
• Gocited — an AI brand visibility tracking platform.

Each product may have additional terms specific to its use, which will be presented to you within the product.

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Some of our products offer paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually) as indicated at the time of purchase. Payments for mobile applications are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our products for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or objectionable content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our products.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software.

6. Intellectual property

All content, designs, code, and materials in our products are owned by Solst Labs Ltd or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. User content

You retain ownership of any content you create within our products (such as habits, goals, messages, and vision board entries). By using our products, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

Our products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solst Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our products at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our products ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our products. Your continued use of our products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
